Privacy note

Zorah collects the details you share so we can curate, source, and deliver your gifts. This note explains what we hold and why, in the spirit of the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).

What we collect

Your name and contact details, the recipients you tell us about, and the preferences you share to help us curate. If you record a voice note, we transcribe it to text and do not keep the audio.

How we use it

Only to fulfil your order — curating, arranging sourcing and delivery, and keeping you updated. We don't sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paystack. We never see or store your card details — only a confirmation that a payment succeeded and its reference.

Keeping it safe

Access to your details is limited to Zorah's back office, which is protected by authentication. We keep information only as long as we need it to serve you and meet our records obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or request its deletion. Reach out on WhatsApp or at hello@zorah.gifts.
